Sim3 Starter Pack Issue From humble bundle No 20 Digit serial key

So i purchased the humble bundle got my sims 3 code entered it on Origin and dowloaded the game. A installer comes up no big deal until i need a non existant 20 digit serial key.. Where is this key located. On thesim3 website on my page there is 3 recent activities saying 

 

registered High-End Loft.  

 

registered Late Night.

 

registered The Sims 3.

 

They also all show up in the my games section i just dont have the 20 digit key.

 

But is there no way to find a digital key I have only recieved an email about joining the site nothing containing a key i dont know what to do. I really want to play this game with the expacs there all on my origin account i just dont have a 20 digit key PLEASE HELP ME.

 

EDIT: Also there is nothing in my recent purchases on thesims3 website this is lovely. How do i register my game i just want to play...

EDIT: also when i redeem the Humble key on thesims3 website it says it has already been used.

    Exactly, we have to wait patiently until our tech team fixes ALL THE STUFF. 😕mileywink:

    If you have an iOS device, you can download the new Plants vs Zombies 2 for free and play that while you are waiting. It was released today! :heart:

    I have already the 20 digit code. 

    I've tried to redeem the code trough the The Sims 3 Community website, bu when do it, say the code is invalid. 

    Someone with this problem? (No, I haven't tried to redeem before, I already tried with the new 20 digit code)

    I have Sims Starter Pack with late night Sims,Highloftstuff no Manual or serial code!Bought at GameStop for 29.99 I want to play plz help! <edit phone number for security> plz help me or I'm during EA!

    there should be a black and whiet leaflet in the box with your codes if not you try return it to where you bought it for a new one
