Sims 3 add ons not showing up as owned and code

I have tried downloading The Sims 3 to a new laptop after years and years and only 3 add ons are showing up as owned out of about 20. I can't see them in My Page on The Sims 3 website or the EA websi...

Please check if you have a second code that was included with each of your DLC, if you have a second code, try redeeming this other code as well.

Maybe that's it! It's the into the future one, university life and island paradise. Didn't know there's a difference between the add ons. Any ideas if they need to be dowloaded differently?
