I got a few new expansions for Sims 3 yesterday, world adventures, into the future, generations and ambitions. When I go to add world adventures, into the future or generations it knows what expansion it's for but says the code is invalid. Yes these are used games but all of the ones I've bought except the base game and pets have been used and worked just fine. In the launcher it shows Sims 3, pets, supernatural, late night, high end loft stuff and outdoor living stuff. When I click "don't see your expansions" button it takes me to origin which also doesn't show world adventures, into the future or generations as unlocked or installed. I'm not sure what to do.
@Whatsername85 If you bought these packs used, their product keys may have already been registered by the original owner. In that case, there's nothing you can do to add them to your own account.
If you want to make sure the keys are not usable, you can contact EA customer support and ask someone to look them up for you. But support won't be able to free them up or issue new ones.
