Sims 3 Expansion Packs Missing from EA Library

Some of my Sims 3 expansion packs are only showing up in the Sims 3 game Launcher, but they’re not all appearing in my EA Library for me to play on a different computer. I’d like to get all my sims 3...

Thank you so much for your response. Do you happen to know the best way to get in touch with EA Support? I’ve had a difficult time reaching them regarding this issue. I've already tried all the steps you mentioned to recover my expansion packs, but unfortunately, nothing has worked so far
