I had 1080 points and some of those were the free simpoints that I earned through watching the ads. Those points disappeared and now I only have 880 which is what is leftover from the amount I bought not too long ago. So all the free points I earned over 1-2 weeks are gone.
so you didn't spend them ? they just vanished ? hmmm you would need to contact CS ( reasons being access to personall information ) ( and i know how important those free simpoints are i'm trying to build up mine to get something too )

its not that they dissappered. i still have the 50 simpoints i got on monday. but your suppose to be able to get 50 points each day. My points didnt disapper the icon did. its been well over 24 hours and the icon isnt back. Its really annoying ☹️ i just want something thats 100 simpoints
What videos r u supposed to watch?
The ones you get on the Store site. There's a link there. The same link can be found on the launcher.

there's actually a few reasons for that
- I don't work for EA so my time is my own. It's my choice what I want to answer and when I want to answer. If you PM me, I'll get an email and I feel pressured into answering cause you expect one. So I don't answer any (unless I asked you to of course) to not have that pressure. Cause pressure makes me not wanna help anymore :D
- If you PM me, no one else will see your issue. There's many helpers on this site that maybe able to help you as well. They might be online at different times than me and hence, if you post in the forums, you get an answer much faster cause more people will see it
- It's very likely that someone else has the same issue. If you post via PM and we solve the issue, no one else can profit from it. If you had posted in the forums and someone was able to help you, another person might see your post and can do the same.
