Sims 3 Game glitch in the sims panel gone and the character panel gone to

So my game glitched and now I can no longer see my sims panels that has their needs like hunger, social, etc. The sim character panel has fully disappeared entirely. I cant exit out of their current ...

@Tinywolfbabygirl Is your computer a pc or mac? first guess is the save game is corrupt. If you start a new game does it happen again?

I recently started a new game and then the same thing happened to that character as well except sooner.

    What's your game version ?

    You can find it in the lower left corner of the launcher.

      I have sims Ambitions, Fast Lane Stuff, Generations, High-End Loft Stuff, Into the Future, Katy Perry Sweet Treats, Late Night, Pets, Seasons, Supernatural, University Life, and World Adventures.

        What I meant is, is your game updated to 1.69 or are you still at 1.67 ?
