sims 3 note 4

I purchased this game and it does not open anymore It gives me a marmalade error when i open it. Can you fix this asap.

Every time I try to play the game it doesnt let me download it it just says marmalade error i was wondering if it was my tablet if so how would I fix the problem

This may be due to either a hardware compatibility issue or possibly your running of custom firmware on your device.
