Sims 3 on my Mac doesn't work...

I tried to play sims 3 on my MacBook Pro 2020 which have the good processor, upgrades, storage and graphic card . The game opened, I can play for 3 minutes and then the screen freezes with occasional...

    MaurineLejol  Please try playing with your computer offline.  You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode (the option is under Account in the menu bar at the top of the screen), then disable wifi before pressing Play.

    If that doesn't help, repeat the test except with Lighting and Tree Detail turned down to the lowest settings.  Please do so at the Main Menu, and quit to desktop before loading a save.

Yes I also moved the sims 3 folder, the game is working very well for 20 minutes and then the screen starts to freeze and flash and I'm still forced to quit the game. About my storage I have 314 GB free on my laptop and iCloud is activate for the documents but I still have a lot of storage on iCloud also.
