This has happened with a few things and they aren't bad downloads but the packages of the parts work and then what I do install through the launcher says either "Installed Completed " or "This package is already installed" But it doesn't show up in my game. Please help!

It is a custom house, not store, nor exchange, but from a website that linked to a mediafire download ☹️
Try contacting the creator then.
There are houses that don't install properly.
You can try to install the lot again and then go to the DCBackup folder and move the newest file (which should be the house) manually to the library folder and see if it shows up then.
