Hi!

so.. I have the sims 3 on my pc installed with the CD! Is there a way to get the new update if u have it on CD?

    @383d20ifaokj  No there is not, at least not for a disc install that doesn't use the EA App.  The update is only through the App.

    However, unless your computer has a processor that requires an Alder Lake workaround, you don't need the patch.  It only fixed this one issue, nothing more.
