I have the same problem. I have just installed the update and now I can't play at all, the launcher wouldn't start. I have The Sims 3, The Sims 3: Late Night, The Sims 3: Showtime, The Sims 3: Seasons, The Sims 3: University Life on CD. I bought the rest of expansion packs via EA. The Sims 3 I had to change the key because the game didn't work. Do I really need to uninstall the game? I feel sorry for all the saves of the game.
