Sims 3 Seasons - why I don't have the ice lounge?

Can someone please help me!! I cannot figure out why I don't have the ice lounge in sims 3 seasons. I pre- orered the game and it's suposed to come with it. Where do I find it? Also I cannot put Chri...

I don't know about the ice lounge but if you want to hang lights click on the door to your house!
