2025 update: Store seems to be more stable so far this year, however, there have been a few outages.If you receive errors in the exchange/store such as "We are not able to process your request", try visiting the page again in a few hours. I have noticed the sporadic outages as well over the last few weeks. I own the store but I keep track of the Daily Deal Spreadsheet. The store is down right now Dec 1st 9:28 am UTC. I check the website www.isitdownrightnow.com/store.thesims3.com.html to see if it is just for me or if the server is down. Edit to Add: The store just came back up at 9:39 am UTC. The schedule of the deals is still in sync with the Daily Deal spreadsheet so the timing of the deals has not been affected.

It's down for me today, 12/6/24. I'm so disappointed. I've never run into this issue, or if I have it's been of such short duration that I don't recall it happening before. It stinks that there's no way to call EA or a department in charge of the store site. I tried posting a comment to EAHelp on X (Twitter) but I don't know if that will do any good. I'm trying to give you money EA, fix your site.

Store not working for me.
Also, when I try to download content from in-game, the login screen that appears accepts the password, but just exits without doing anything.

17SLAY- I am glad to have provided a link to check if the store site is down. Thanks for your comment about the spreadsheet. It was a work of love by the Daily Deal team. Based on feedback back in 2013 and 2014, the spreadsheet kept evolving. Hard to believe that the spreadsheet has been used for 10 years already.
