So I have looked at all the information about why content won't download, but it doesn't explain why MY specific content won't download, and it is only TWO items from the Sims 3 store.
The first item that will not download is: Year of the Horse content
Second is: No Tricks just Treats content.
Every other free or bought content has downloaded just fine. I don't know why just these two won't download and I need a few ideas what to do to get them.
There's a log which can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log

What is your base game version right now ?
Open the launcher and check the number in the lower left corner.
If you're not at 1.67, please update your game.
