Sims 3 website cannot change avatar background!

So I recently got the sims 3 like a month ago... I uploaded my own avatar to the sims 3 website as my profile pic, but I cannot change the avatar background so it just plain white. I know the steps...

I hope this issue isn't as bad as the other issue with the Pictures not showing. I hope the sims team will be able to fix this. EA Cade has been great with keeping us updated 🙂 Keep up the good work. I hope we can get news on the progress of this issue. Have a great day. I come off at around 22:00 BST so I can't replay until morning if I'm not busy.
