Just a quick update to say they are working on fixing this issue. But it's low on their priority list since it's a visual issue and it's complex and resource consuming to fix but they said they are not going to not fix the issue. So before anyone comments saying it's been long and still hasn't been fix. Please read this or the message EA_Cade said before saying it. It's something they are not able to fix soon but they are working on it. Thanks to everyone who has been patience 🙂 Have a great day and happy simming.
Just making sure this post doesn't get too old. But no updates yet from the sims team as we can see but they are working on it. If they have anything share they will. I always check this post to see if they shared anything. Happy simming.
Just a update. I can't even get in to the my page goodies anymore. It's related to this since that's where the avatar Backgrounds are. It keeps showing oops! We are not able to process your request. Just giving this update.
Just bought an avatar background not being aware of this issue. Cool. I just literally got scammed? I know 15 simpoints is nothing compared to other stuff on the store but it's still a shame how the website (and older titles) is being treated
Just wanted to give a update. The my page goodies load again but still can't change the background but I know patience. Just wanted to give the update that I did give before when I couldn't load the my page goodies.
I was able to change my avatar Background 🙂 It does still show in goodies that I'm using the old one but displays that I'm using the new one. Edit again. It sort of works. When you change your main avatar it goes back to the old background. The work around. Just change to the background you want to use and it's good. Use the work around until it's issue for backgrounds is fixed properly. Better then nothing. Edit again. The newly changed Backgrounds though don't display everywhere. Studios and uploader's info on some of the other uploads they made on the exchange. My page is the only place for the change.
