SIMS 3 WONT LAUNCH ON EA APP

HELP, SOS, PLEASE.

Hi, I really hope someone sees this and tries to help. I'm so stressed right now with this game. I got a new PC, version Windows 11, Origin was no longer supported so I installed the EA app. And this app has caused me nothing but issues. First my sims 3 wasn't even there, I got "help" from EA support, and they told me I only have a few expansion packs (when I also had other ones). They got it to pop up, but when I clicked "Play" the launch starter popped up, right? I clicked the play button, and it took me back to the EA app. I do it again, takes me back again, and again, and so on. So I thought, maybe if I rebuy it on a different account? I bought it, It's doing the same thing. PLEASE HELP. I'm about to go insane. And I've tried to do everything I've searched but I'm not competent enough without step-by-step instructions. Guys, I've been through hell with this game. I've had to change through 3 computers, I've had mods, CC, worlds, sims installed. And being an old simmer on YT doesn't help my case of wanting old things back. I'm just gonna have to start over. I know yall didn't ask for a sob story but I'm gonna cry. 

It doesn't launch going through TS3 or TS3W, or Sims3Launcher in Game/Bin

I have version 1.69 in sims 3.

I don't know what files yall need to see! Just please help since the EA team never will!!!
