I have the game (have had for quite a while) I bought it brand new but the site is telling me invalid code and won't let me register MY game, that I bought new. This bums me out since I was looking forward to registering my games and getting my bonus goodies. How can I fix this without buying another new copy of the game? :robotsad:
I bought some expansions boxed retail this week, I registered one on Origin and the others on thesims3.com, the ones I registered on thesims3.com showed up on Origin, but the sole expansion I registered on Origin first doesn't show up on thesims3.com :-(
I contacted EA support and been told to wait 48 hours, it may take that long after registering the game on Origin. The thing is, your thesims3.com account and origin account are supposed to be linked when you register on one the other should get the game too but it seems that there's some delay, I'll wait 48 hours and then come back to say if it has been added or not to my thesims3.com profile.
