Nanamikuda Is your game already installed, or are you trying to install it? Do you have the EA App installed on your computer, and if so, does Sims 3 appear in your game library? If you don't have the App, you can check your account on the old Sims 3 website ( www.thesims3.com ) to see whether it thinks you own your disc-based content.
