Sims keeps crashing....

• I am running on Windows 7 64bit.
• Usually when loading,creating, or a few minutes into a save file.
• 5 minutes is the max
• i have the University one
• I have no clue if i am running custom content
• Yes i have done those things, its getting frustrating
