I think that file comes with flash player. Do you have that installed ?
When do you get the message ? In the launcher ? On starting the game ?
When does the game freeze ?

I have flas player 11 installed, the file still seems to be missing though.
I get the message after the launcher fails when I stop the service from running through task manager, the game just freezes up.
Tried to wait it out also and see if it just needed time to load the application but no luck.
I don't have that file either. Strange. I think it's from an older version of flash player. Not sure why you're getting this message.
Do you have any mods in your game and can you actually play the game before it freezes or does it freeze on load up ?
There are no mods on the game, we can't actually play the game, it freezes on load up. Sometimes it gets farther along in the launch process, usually happens after the EA banner and the first jewel appears.
