Hi EA.

I have bought Roaring Heights and got the product code through my email.

and I tried to redeem the code everywhere like Sims3 web, EA app, EA web...

but it all said like already used or won't work.

I could find the order history in EA app but it is not in the The Sims3.

What happen? I paid it for it and even I was looking for how I can download it my self. (Isn't it your work? to lead how to download?) I spent my whole time to solve it since I came back from work such a waste time isn't it.

PLEASE REFUND. I played Sims all series since 2005. This is very disappointing.

(I tried to refund but it even said this is not the quality to be refunded. so I am writing here.)

Or please advise how to download.
