I have read through a few other answered questions, and none of them seem to have a solution to my problem. I have checked under the "View Game Details" around 5 times to be sure that my Expansion Packs aren't there as suggested in the previous answers I have read, to only find the same result of not finding any. All I can access is my base game, and what strikes me as strange is that the installation date is correct: January 28, 2014. But if it has that information, how did it completely lose all record of my expansion packs? The installation codes don't work for any of them anymore, and I have a few discs missing, sadly. I am not sure if I am able to install the ones that I DO have discs for, either. Please help?

    oh dear are you logging into the right account ? i mean if you have two origin accounts are you logging into the right one

    also check to see if somehow the games are hidden in the my games tab click the show hidden games-then unhide them if they are there

  • Okay, if this can help figure out exactly what the problem is, I have two base games, and I feel like one of them disappeared along with the expansion packs..

     The one that is installed on my Origin right now is the one I got AFTER the first one, and came with the pack with both Island Paradise and The Sims 3, and the installation code matches the second one and not my original. My other base game disc is lost, although I have the code, but is sadly the one with all of my expansion packs downloaded.

    you will need to contact CS then only they can look at accounts/account related/missing games/code issues

    if your stuck in a loop  on live chat time is X amount and it still doesn't connect try try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox
