store items won't download- any ideas?
I was forced to start using the EA app. My sims 3 game refused to load. EA Cade said we have to redownload all of our sims 3 store items. That older / previously downloaded items will not work.
Yet the items won't download. The launcher won't work. It refuses to let me log in. It keeps popping up the log in screen over and over.
The websites say to use Internet Explorer. Um... there is no IE anymore.
How do I get my store items now?
Any ideas?
