Im playing with some official store itens installed, but when I open the game I get a message saying that theres content missing and everything has suddenly disapeared, the only workwaroung i found its to keep redownloading but im tired of this, I need help. Also i dont know what triggers it, sometimes it doesnt happen.
IcatzeyeI Are you reinstalling the Store content into the same folder each time, without removing the old content? Or are you creating a new user folder, or at least deleting the current folder's Store items? I ask because installing over the top of already-corrupted items can break the new items too.

I'm not saying you'd need to do this every time, just hopefully once, or at least only once in a while. If it doesn't help, then there are other places to look, but it's a good first step.
