Supernatural will not install!

I've tried following the solutions; but none of them are working.

Check the programs(x86) or programs\Origin_Games if there are any left overs of Supernaturals and delete those, then try again. You might also need to clean the registery: https://help.ea.com/article/manually-uninstalling-the-sims-3

So I tried deleting the copy and downloading it again. But now it starts installing for half a second then immediately stops.

Did you clean the registery ? Do you get an error message or does the process halt ?

There's no error message, it just starts then immediately stops.

Can you please help me sort this? I'm going away soon and I would like this to be sorted before then.
