The exchange problem

Hello i need some help here. I wanted to try out the exchange and tried to download a few lots. But when i click add to my game a small window appear but it stays white. Only a x to close it appears...

    Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

    Was using firefox. Now tried it on explorer and it worked.
