Hello, I have all of the sims 3 expansion packs and 2 stuff packs. I have been trying to get them installed through origin and it works for all of them except my showtime limited addition, supernatural, and pets expansion. It keeps saying:"Download Error We're sorry, Origin was unable to download your game. Please check your internet connection, or try again later. Help us improve Origin by submitting an error report."Everything else shows a green check box that it's installed. However, when I open the sims 3 launcher it only gives me the option to check into the future, island paradise, late night, and town life stuff. It doesn't show me any of the other expansions at all. I just got this new pc with windows 11 and on my old one it shows up fine for all my expansion and stuff packs. Any idea how to fix this issue?

@dannyowns_u Origin has had issues recently with downloading games, and although one underlying cause was apparently resolved, you're not the only one still affected. I've flagged this so someone from EA can take a look, but it'll probably be a couple days before anyone responds. If the issue is on the EA side, there probably isn't anything you can do except wait for it to be fixed, but you could certainly try downloading through the newer EA App instead. Do you have any packs that Origin installed successfully but don't show up in the launcher? If so, it's worth trying the EA App for that reason as well. Let me know which packs, if any, don't show up when using either app.

@dannyowns_u Where did you purchase the other packs, both the ones that don't download and the ones that do but won't show in the launcher. It's possible that you received bad codes and that it took a while for EA to cancel them. The usual result is that the packs download but don't load, so I'm not sure whether the downloading issue is related, but it's possible.

Walmart years ago back when they first came out. I have the Physical box copies of the ones that won't even download and install. Not sure how they can be bad codes since I have a legit physical box copy. As for the ones that don't show in the launcher that I bought digitally they are island paradise and into the future. Those 2 installed fine though and gives me an option to select them in the launcher.

I decided to reinstall all the sims i have, EP and SP, everything was working perfectly but master suite and into the future it pops up a message from origin saying it ocurred a error dowloading and ask me to verify my connection, pretty sure everything is fine with the connection as i downloaded other packs, any idea of what could be happen?

Tried on origin and nothing happened even as administrator!!! Then i downloaded Ea and it show theres a error in you download

Hello!
I just got done speaking with someone via the EAHelp Twitter account, but they suggested I also post my issue here for visibility as it seems to be relatively common at the moment.
I can download and install every Sims 3 expansion I own save for World Adventures. When I attempt to download, I get the following error message:
"There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again."
I received this error message in both Origin and the new EA App.
As I can download other games, my internet is not the issue. I've cleared caches, repaired games, reinstalled both the base game and the launchers (Origin is now completely uninstalled as well), and tried the safe boot thing suggested elsewhere. Per the support agent via twitter, my game seems to be in order otherwise on the account.
The agent said that I might just have to wait as they are investigating, but if anyone else has tried something and got it to work I would love to hear it!
