@Torastrawhat Please uninstall Sims 3 with Revo Uninstaller (the fre version is fine). Remove the EA App with Revo as well. Install the App again, then create a completely new folder where you'll install Sims 3. That folder should be on the root level of the drive of your choice, for example C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games.
Install Sims 3 there and let me know whether it runs. Please also let me know whether your DLC shows up in the launcher's Expansions & Stuff Packs tab this time. If not, it's likely an account issue, not your doing, and clicking the button to install your packs won't accomplish anything.
