The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

Hi I downloaded the sims3 seasons on orgiin. Today is the release date but it will not let me download it is still saying not released. What is the issue and how can this be sped up. I want to play it.
