im on the phone to them so hopefully get some answers if i dont wait to long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG got through and they said they had no details of the payment i made in aug which has clearly come out of my bank as i checked my statement before i rang!!!!!!!! he away to check, ok problem solved, didnt realise they only took payment when game released, and i did buy another game at same time, downloading now :womanlol:
