This sounds like you had originally redeemed your codes for Showtime and Supernatural on a secondary EA account rather than your main account that you were using with Origin. This isn't something we can check for and verify here on the forums since we don't have access to your specific accounts details, so live support will need to continue to look into this with you here.
You can provide your codes for Supernatural and Showtime to the live support team so they can search for the account that these codes are currently tied to- but you will need to verify ownership of that older account in order for the live support team to get them transferred over to your main account.
