I am at my wits end! I've contacted EA support 3 times and they did nothing to help. Late Night shows as OWNED in the EA App however doesn't show in the launcher or in-game. I cannot install it, and repairing, uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing caches, etc hasn't helped. It's been months. I opened ANOTHER ticket and they just marked it "Resolved" even though it IS NOT RESOLVED. Seriously I couldn't even re-buy it if I wanted to!
Community ManagerI'm having the same issue. I fully own this pack as I bought the disc about a decade ago, but a few years ago they switched the game over from another account since I accidently had 2 of them active. They tried having me do a clean boot but then said there must be a system error not allowing me to do it correctly and that they had no solution for me until it was fixed :(
I have the same issue with my Pets expansion. This is a pack that I owned the disc of previously and that they had to manually switch accounts for a few years ago (I had duplicate accounts somehow). They have tried having me do a clean reboot of my computer but then the EA app won't run without the background stuff going which they said is an issue that shouldn't happen? Then basically told me that I would just have to wait and see if they fix it?? If anyone knows anything else I could try I would really appreciate it!
