Uninstall Error -5006: 0x80070020

Question

Can anybody help me please?😕mileymad:When I installed Sims 3 and after I logged in, Showtime was already installed. When I was playing the game recently, the Showtime items would not show up. Apperently it was glitched. When I tried to unistall Showtime, it sent me an error that said to finish the setup of &nbsp;any other game first. Also when I tried to install Outdoor stuff, it said the same thing. The base game works perfectly fine. Can anyone help?
