I'm afraid I don't know why you can't install wellys. The Lucky Palms issue is a problem with the game that happens after you uninstall Lucky Palms, so it is probably unrelated to the issues you are experiencing. I would suggest you post in the Technical Discussions forum and hopefully someone more familiar with install issues can help you.
