Morning,
The Sims 3 made me update my game. After updating, the game will not launch. I have tried all the uninstall/ reinstall, repair, etc. I have tried. Does anyone know how to get our games to work again after this update.
62f021e3c103034d Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
If you get an error message when trying to launch the game, please post a screenshot of it as well.
