World Adventures not showing in launcher

Hi, I purchased the Sims 3 many many years ago now and used to use the Origin app.  I am now coming back to the game and introducing my nephew to it but have encountered an issue with the World Adv...

4bfac6177ba209ad  Did you try clearing the EA App's cache and repairing the game (EA App > Sims 3 > Manage > Repair) after the support rep removed and added back World Adventures?  If not, please do so now.  The App's data may be stale.

For the launcher not loading properly, please clear Edge's Internet Explorer-mode data, which is where the launcher stores data even if you never use Edge.  Instructions are towards the end of this article:

mkgant327  Are you missing any other content?  What about High-End Loft Stuff, which is also part of the Starter Pack?  It would be odd for Late Night to disappear when HELS was still available.
