Academic Aspiration Can't be Completed after Graduating

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Post-university graduate Sim that earned an A+ in every single class. Sim has chosen the "Academic" aspiration. Sim reached level 3 of the aspiration after graduating university.
What happens when the bug occurs? My Sim graduated from University with all A+ grades in every single class. Sim has the "Academic" aspiration. One of the requirements is have a term GPA of B or higher. This is a level 3 requirement. I only got to level 3 after graduating university. Since it's after graduation, does that mean I have to enroll again in order to get this term GPA requirement? I thought it would have pre-filled this requirement since she did graduate with an A+ in every single class.
What do you expect to see? A pre-filled requirement like in other aspirations.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
This happened to another Sim I played about a year ago.
