Anyone else getting static noises showing up on their game?

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, Laundry Day, Toddler Pack, Get To Work, Strangerville, Vampires, ParentHood, Bowling Night, City Living, Discover University, Seasons, cats & Dogs, Realm Of Magic and Paranormal.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Usually it’s just been while I’ll be zooming out of the lot while playing, though I’ve been on this game for quite a long time and it’s only been happening the past few months, not sure if long time gameplay may be recommended into finding it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Basically I’ll be playing the game and at random times when I’ll zooming closer into or out of the lot a bunch of random static sounds seem to occur in the background at first I thought it could’ve been fountains but after looking around it only occurs at a certain height which is just above the small sized walls of the first floor if I move away/slightly above or below the static will go. Also to add its only ever showed up on this one game that I’ve played for at least a year now all my other saves are perfectly fine.
What do you expect to see? No static sounds what so ever.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
