    out of my head I remember the vet station not being repairable, it was not upgraded.

      @Tahemet I fast forwarded through about a week on your game and had nothing breaking. Any particular household I should try ?

        try Willow Creek: Jackson, Heru, Hayahi or Heck

        weather related break is the climbing wall, it always breaks when it rains, and it cannot be repaired as long as it is raining (a Sim might try though,,,but the will keep trying for hours without fixing it)
