Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to San Myshuno and enter the apartment 1310 21 Chic Street. This can be done either in Build Mode or after moving a Sim into the apartment. It's easier to see when in free camera mode by pressing Tab on the keyboard.
What happens when the bug occurs? There are no ceilings for the apartment or the outside hallway. Sunlight enters the apartment's rooms and the hallway as if there is no roof over them.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the ceilings of the apartment and hallway.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I first noticed this problem on September 22, 2024. This occurred after the September 18 update to The Sims 4.
