hi! also apparently thought i was having this issue haha but need to know what you mean by “prepped ingredients” if you could explain it!! thank you!!

Prepped ingredients is a feature of one of the recent packs. I believe it's the Home Chef Hustle stuff pack. If you don't have that pack, then mirandactyl's comment doesn't apply to you.
