Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have sims perform actions then they end up not doing it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Either the action they were told to do is randomly cancelled and they end up doing something else. Or the action is not performed yet remains stuck in the action bar (can get rid of by travelling but doesn't fix the issue). Or the action is severely delayed example: tried giving toddler a bath action after feeding in a toddler chair but the action doesn't show, the sim continusly puts the toddler in and out of the chair then performs an auto action so I delete the auto action and try again only for him to get two actions to give toddler a bath!?
What do you expect to see? That actions the player gives the sims should be mandatory and a number 1 priority that any auto actions should be cancelled to follow through a player's command action and should not recieve any auto action until the player command action is done. That and actions should be working 100% as sometimes a SIM can have a action bugged in their action bar thus taking up space leaving no room to perform more actions. That and any sim given an action either by player or auto they should be completing these actions step by step and should by no means have any action cancelled unless it is by the players will to have them cancelled which by most of the time they're not due to how buggy they are.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Actions cancelled not by players will. Actions given from player not being executed. Actions being bugged in the action bar (permanently staying in action bar, Can be removed from travelling) Actions given from player being delayed. Auto actions sometimes taking priority over players actions.I have the same, usually happens during "sleep" action, and had to restart the entire game for it to go out of the action bar. What I do now is just remove the object that is used for the action, and it leaves the action bar (I put my bed in inventory, so there was no bed to sleep in and the action was gone). In this way you don't have to restart the game. It's not the solution, I think it's a bug, but this is how you can still sort of play!
