Hi! I have a problem with the EA-made celebrities in my game (e.g. Thorne Bailey, Judith Ward etc.). The sims that should have a high fame level still have the Fame Shine, but in all other ways they do not appear to have a fame level. My sims can interact with them regardless of fame level (ie. a sim without fame level can for example interact directly with Judith Ward) rather than having to go through the phase of attempting introductions and so forth.
I have removed all mods from my game, repaired the game and then tried using new save files yet this does not change. I haven't played with the fame system for quite a while so I am unsure when it 'broke' for me exactly.
@crinrict generally play opted out of fame.
@crinrict I realize now that I had not attempted to create a save game where the setting of opting in/out was changed - this appears to help! I created a new save game now after having changed the settings and now I can see fame levels again. it unfortunately does not seem to help for my already existing save files (from before I changed the setting) but it's something at least. Thanks for the help!
I see the same issue on the PS4 version of the game. Premade celebrity do not show any fame level.
