What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except Journey to Batuu, Courtyard Oasis, Bust the Dust and Throwback Fit Kits

What happens when the bug occurs? tearing in the walls under the base game windows
What do you expect to see? No tearing in walls

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the most recent patch when I started building for my new legacy sim.
There is a weird tearing issue underneath the windows that I discovered when I started playing after the most recent patch.
