I have get to work for the sims 4 and after the infant update i had an infant in my household and another sim with a live career. I would join my sim to work but when my sim got home my infant’s needs would be extremely low. I had two other sims at the house and the infant was not cared for. I tried going to my career and pressing the care for self options but there was no way for me to care for my infant while at a live career. I think this is a bug or something. When I would go to live careers with a toddler at home before my other sims would be able to care for them fine so idk, but it’s really annoying
Yeah, it's impossible to leave infants at home with another family member. This is what I am seeing.

This is my household. There are TWO sims at home.
Energy for the infants go up, but everything else is decreasing. I'm really worried on if they will get whisked away because their hunger needs aren't being met despite having adults on the lot to care for them. I really hope this could get fixed because it seems like a bug.
I have a family who are landlords, living in the complex they own. Parent 1 goes across the hall for maintenance and parent 2 and infant are left alone. Parent 1 returns and infant is out of the crib crying and in need of everything, while parent 2 is watching TV. But this is just an example. Infant care is so glitchy. Toddlers are fine, however. You will never find a toddler in the middle of the road 5 blocks from home.
