Thank you @crinrict I did try searching the known bugs for a matching one but must have missed it.

Yes this was the original outfit.

I've just finished repairing the game and the issue persists, though sending my sim for a shower still provides a temporary fix.

I've adjusted the title a bit. Have had issues re-finding it myself in the past so maybe adding cupid's corner to the title will make it easier to find the thread :D
