I am on a newer Mac and I am also having this issue.  As someone that has a very diverse set of skin tones and characters in my game, this has played hell on my ability to create seamless looks in CAS.  Please don't leave us Mac players in the lurch! <3

MacBook Pro, 14inch, 2021

Chip: Apple M1 Pro

Memory: 16GB

macOS: Ventura 13.0.1
