@napalmnacey I agree!! I bought my mac almost 2 years ago and since always had this problem. I've made my own thread and everything and I still SEE people talking about this. I'm always quick to look at the laundry lists they post but this glitch is never on there which is upsetting. I'm black so of course I'm making black sims and the makeup in certain swatches don't look so great so I'd love to be able to adjust them I just can't. Very disappointing, there's no way it takes this long to fix this type of issue.

@ksimmer444 I just made a case with this issue and spoke to someone about it so hopefullyy we finally get some motion on this. Otherwise they will be hearing from me again 😭

    We need to all complain and keep up the pressure because it's been a year and a half since this issue arose and NO real efforts have been seen to fix it. Whenever I ask about it they talk about needing more time. It's been nearly eighteen months!

    If it were some tiny part of the game that'd be something, but it's a major part of creating POC characters! To neglect this issue so badly smacks of racism to me, and I'm really pretty fed up with it.
