We need to make some noise for this issue! I've had it for SO LONG and it really limits the experience and customization in CAS. With all the recent focus on fixing long-standing bugs and issues I really really hope this is high up on the list
I think this bug became a thing when they optimised sims 4 on apple silicon chips because I don't remember having it prior to that. And I actually think this bug might affect a lot more people but they just don't realize that the sliders don't work like they used to. Me and my partner (both on m1 macbook airs) started to realize that this is really is a bug only like a half a year ago but it's been present in our games for much longer than that. It really sucks that a problem this crucial won't get prioritized when it affects CAS in such a big way :/
